Autopsy Reports Of Famous People

An autopsy report is relevant information compiled after a post-mortem examination by pathologists on a clinically dead body to determine the reason and manner of death. History has witnessed many famous people who have died in mysterious circumstances, and it has always been difficult to reveal the real cause of death. An autopsy is the best method to determine the cause of deaths.

Here are some autopsy reports of famous people:

Marilyn Monroe:

One of the most popular actresses, Marilyn Monroe, was found dead on August 5, 1962, by her housekeeper Eunice Murray in her apartment. She was found naked on her bed. An autopsy report revealed that she died due to overdose of sleeping pills. There was an unhealthy level of barbiturate in her bloodstream, but, any sign of barbiturate overdose were not found by doctors.

Kurt Cobain:

On April 8, 1994, Kurt Cobain’s body was discovered by an electrician. Autopsy reports revealed that he committed suicide with the help of a shotgun on April 5. According to the report, large amounts of valium and heroin were found in his blood.

Hermanne Goering:

Founder of the Nazi secret service, the Gestapo, Hermanne Goering was sentenced to death by hanging during the Nuremberg War Crimes Trial. He escaped the hangman by swallowing a poison capsule and died.

Heath Ledger:

Hollywood actor Heath Ledger died in his apartment in January 2008. According to the autopsy report by the New York medical examiner’s office, the cause of Ledger’s death was due to the combined drug overdose of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam and doxylamine.
